Text of Complaint by Ejas Ahmed Punnackal Nazeer:

I have raised a request for disconnection of my broadband service but even after 45 days from the date of request the service was not completed. I had called Airtel customer service number for raising a complaint against not completing my request. All agents had denied to raise a complaint for service laps.
