We booked a package for Shimla and Manali tour from Hire Himachan Cab (Address: Mohin-Gopalpur Road, Sarkaghat, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, 175007; phone no. 6230045013, Website: https://www.hirehimachalcab.com/blog/welcome-to-manali.php#) during 22-28 Dec. 2023. One lady Ms Diksha Sharma (phone No. 7590827862) was coordinating with us. During the tour we faced problem in Hotel stay and we could not enjoy fully because of their bad dealings. They told us they will provide a three star hotel at Shimla and Manali, however, provide a very poor quality hotel. In Manali they have not provide us the mentioned hotel also, but forced to stay in a cottage while reached at chilly cold night. Her behavior was also very bad and later we came to know that she cancelled the hotel booking intentionally in our names and booked cottage for lower price. Kindly take the necessary action to refund to at least Rs. 5000 from the total package money I pain to the company.
