Text of Complaint by Asrar Ahmad:

Good evening sir,
I am Asrar Ahmad, I am proud soldier of Indian armed force. On 20 Jan 23, I made a wrongly transfer an amount of 9190 instead of 190 to the merchant. Instantly merchant contacted his paytm executive and at the time refund has been initiated from his side successfully.
Very next day on 21 jan 23, I spoke to mobikwik customer executive and he said that to share the screen shot and refund will be reflected in 24 hours. However today 14 days passed and I am continuously raising my issue to customer care and grievance cell regarding refund issue but they are not taking any actions. I also told them that I am a soldier and I may proceed to no network zone without intimation.

Now on 31 jan 23, system has been generated the bill including the 9000 of amount instead of knowing that customer has been raised an issue regarding refund of same amount.

Sir, I am requesting you that please look into this matter seriously and refund may issue prior 05 Feb 23.
I am sharing RRN – 338668730752. Please look into this matter on immediate basis because on 05 Feb 23 last date for the payment of bill.
