In 3th April 2019 I have done a recharge of Rs. 13850 of my Tata sky along with my multi tv connection for a year.
But on 27th of Jan 2020 my Tata sky shows low balance and ask for further recharge, when I call the tata sky customer support they said their plan revised and I have to recharge more to continue my service.
When I said to them that I’ve already paid for a year then why should I pay more. Than they said this are mandatory. So I want to file the complaint against them regarding fraud.
