I have purchase one air Cooler from said online agency on 11-05-21 vide order no 901237 through online of Rs 4837 payment confirmation recd from bank same is being enclosed for your reference but they are saying after 10 days they will delivered but 15 days already passed neither they pick up our phone nor response our mail
