Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed an order no. 1868 on dated Wednesday,9 aug2023, 01:17 PM & made a payment of Rs.549- through paytm to a co. namely Shopilaza Shop & payee is shown is Rexime Enterprise phone pe but after carefully looking more about the company I have found that I have been cheated by the company neither delivered the order nor there was an option to refund therein on the company portal.
I have done all my best efforts to contact the company but in vain & I have no alternative left with what to do in spite of filing this complaint against the company.
The screen shot of the payment & order confirmation are annexed for your ready reference. …. further it is also requested you to kindly refund the stated amount at your end (if possible)
