1. One person named Somnath Bhattacharya an army officer posted in Panagarh has given an ad at olx about selling his bike. I have contacted with the person. He told me that he is booking the bike on percel.
2. He booked the percel in Indian Army car and bike transport service. He charged 3170/- for percel service. I have transfered the amount n the name of MOHAN LAL. After that for GPS activation they demanded 9999/-. Then for GST charge they demanded 15270/-
3. But till now no bike is received by me
4. Please look into th matter
