My complaint is that I have make a payment of 80 rs on 09 September 2021 for Dhani freedom card and after payment I have not received the card till date 05 October 2021. Calling and mail to Dhani services they always gives fake tracking ID. My request is that if Dhani not able to provide the card then please refund my payment.

I thought I was the only one who had issue with this. I called their number to close the account and they said they do not have the option.
Which company operates like this. I think there is no one to regulate them.
