I made an online purchase of clothing for my daughter 3days back, and didnt received any confirmation mail or msg saying your order is confirmed and products will be deliver. I would like to know why this kind of fraudster still happening under the strong surveillance of cyber crime of our country. It is shameful to know that companies like this are duping innocent people and escaping free. What sort of action will be taken against to this kind of fraudster. And what is the guarantee that after filing complaint, my issue will get resolve and i will either get the product or money back. I want to know what action will taken by CYBER LAW of our country to stop this kind of misclleance activity.
