I found a number on Facebook in the comments of a post. The post was about a kurti cloth piece and this person had commented that they provide easy return policy, quick shipment etc. asking people to contact them on whatsapp. But I was unaware that this person is someone else and not a genuine seller. I had contacted them on whatsapp and they told me the price. Since then they started sending me photos of other clothes as well. Then on 14th September I placed an order with 3 short kurtis and a kurti cloth piece which summed up to ₹2000/- which was paid through Google pay on the same day. She said it will be delivered within 5-6 days. After the 5-6 days when I asked again she said “ma’am delivery late ho gayi hai, you’ll receive it in this week”. The same thing continued for two weeks and I asked her to cancel the order and give me the refund if it cannot be delivered. Since then she has not been replying to my messages on whatsapp and she is not even answering calls. She also gave me an image of a package with my details on it, saying that it has been shipped.

On truecaller the name is shown as “women’s bazaar” based in Gujarat.
