I did a air ticket booking which was cancelled by saying fare expired. They sent me an automated email saying money will get credited back to the same account in 7-10 days. When I didn’t get my money back I called them their customer service executive told me to wait for another 7 days. I again called them but no signs of my money. I was again told to wait for 10 days. I called them back and then they again gave the same story of waiting for 7-10 days. Today they are not willing to give my money back. Need help.
