Dear Madam/ Sir,
Resume Filling a company established in Surat district of Gujrat, as so they say and have mentioned. I got a call from a person who promised me that there are no portal charges and then asked me to do 600 forms in a week for which i would get 15000 rs, and they did not tell me about any terms & conditions and when checked the work and i call to the same person that i can not do this work than he told me about terms and forced me to do and asking for money …and after 7 days i received a call from their so called legal team which i do not even know is legal team or not. They have asked me to pay a compensation of 5600+ GST rs and have threatened me to pay if not, then they will take action against in the surat court for which i received a message stating, “m/s. Man**** K*** your legal case is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We the Resume to Fill are going with legal proceedings under section 72, 73, 74 in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract. and again i got a second message or a threat you can say that says”as discussed your case id has been registered in surat session courts. You will be updated about the case through message and notice.” i got an email regarding the same with threats of ruining my cibil and what not and the Person no. is +91 7226067954 who is calling me talking to me very rudely. .. This company is mentally torturing not just me but many.
Please take a necessary action against these frauds…..
