My name is Rishabh Mishra . My retailer id on Bizzpaa is R009433 .I am from Delhi I transferred Rs.6150/- through my Rbl credit card on 17 Nov 2020 after that they are holding my money and i am unable to withdrawal my money from bizzpaa account and on time of withdrawal showing operator not allowed when i contact Bizzpaa customer care name Navneet she told me complete your Kyc when i completed my kyc showing same error operator not allowed .I contacted many times after kyc and i got only one answer wait for a week. i send them many request through my mail id but no one respond my mail and after 3 months i asked for refund of my amount another person told me wait for 21 days your amount refund in same method but after 21 days i did not get my money and now bizzpaa website , app , email even phone number is not working. They are making fraud , My kind request take strict action against him so they don’t do again fraud to anyone and kindly refund my amount Rs. 6150/- as soon as possible . please do something against him so they can not do something like that in future.
