I took a loan from Dhani app and cleared it after activating the card cuz I started facing EMI problem, then first payment I made from this card was for big basket, the amount got deducted but big basket did not got the payment (transaction no. 101579308, 9march 2021), I thought maybe its the first time so some error occured so I paid big basket from my other account. Then after filing the complain I got the amount back in Dhani wallet in 1 week. Then I transferred the amount in Dhani wallet to my SBI account and I paid the transferring charge too. Then again I used it to check the card. I don’t know why Emi does not gets deducted even after having sufficient balance and then they cut ECS charges, and even after paying amount and bounce charges they cut ECS. And after paying everything at same day it shows dues pending. There is no option of closing the loan, they are not giving details. Very poor customer service, they won’t help. I have mailed there many times but no help. Yesterday it was showing due of Rs.834 and I had more amount than this in my account but they did not deduct the EMI but took ECS charges. They are thuging everyone, please check there feedback there are many unsolved complains. Please help me with this problem. I have attached all the details kindly check it and help. Sbi bank says that it’s Dhani app’s fault and Dhani app says it’s SBI’S fault. I contacted Sbi’s customer care services they are saying to contact Dhani’s customer care service which they don’t give any helpful reply. The bank allows them to cut the ECS but not the emi amount? I don’t know whose fault it is but I am suffering because of this. I can not go directly to the bank due to pandemic. So kindly check the attachments and help me.
