I have ordered two things of same brand . One was furniture ( starwork furniture) and second was face mask. They delivered the different furniture, so I raised complaint for replacement but the picked up wrong product ( second one mask) when called them that they picked up wrong product then their executive told me that no issue u will get your original product. But it’s been 2 months, I didn’t get the original product or refund. They making fool to their customers. Fraud company, their executives are very nonsense they don’t have proper response. Whenever I call them they always ask for time ( next 7 working days) it’s been a 2 months now I am hopeless I don’t think they will refund my amount…… totally disappointed…. worst customer service they have or they don’t have proper complaint I’d….
