I am Dr. Anuradha, from Bangalore. I placed an order for fire stick at LT online store, by paying Rs. 3300 and 46 Paise.
My order number #20-21-219119
The payment was made on April 6, 2019.
because I did not get my order until May, I have been writing to them by email in the month of July that they have refunded my amount. again when i wrote to them, they replied twice in the month of Sep that the amount is refunded. No one responds to phone.
I have not received it in my account.
Please help me get either my order or my money.
