I ordered a pair of shoes for 34€ and I was charged twice the amount plus some extra money for the transaction the site is : shoesasellers.site
I have tried to reach them via email several times and they answered only once giving me a fake transaction number for the post. Since then I have tried again to contact them but there is no answer. The order was placed on May 11th 2019 and the charge was done under the name “EPL*ZUCOSI CO”
How can I be helped in this case? I have lost more than 80€.
