Subject: Urgent Escalation – Fraudulent Cash Collection, Missing Refund & Negligence by Local Jio Office (AirFiber Max KYC Case)
Dear Jio Customer Care Team,
I am writing to urgently escalate a serious and unresolved issue regarding my Jio AirFiber Max installation request from 8th October.
On that day, a representative named Ravi Gupta (from Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Phone: 9835924544) visited my location for KYC and collected ₹600 in cash from me for installation/processing.
Issue Summary:
Even after one month, my installation was not completed.
The representative stopped picking up my calls and disconnected calls made from unknown numbers.
He refused to cancel my request and did not provide any support.
I had to contact Customer Care myself to get the request cancelled.
Refund Issue:
After speaking with Customer Care, I was informed that the refund was already processed.
However, I have not received any refund in my account till today.
To resolve this, I physically visited the local Jio office, but they only kept redirecting me from one person to another without providing any solution. No clear information or support was given.
I also asked the representative Ravi Gupta to share his transaction history or proof that the refund was processed, but he refused to provide anything.
This situation clearly indicates:
Lack of accountability from the field representative
Miscommunication between the Jio office and Jio customer care
Complete negligence in resolving a valid customer grievance
Possible misuse of customer payments
I request immediate action from the escalation team:

Conduct a strict investigation against the representative Ravi Gupta for fraudulent and unprofessional behavior.
Take necessary action against the local Jio office for ignoring my complaint for over a month.
Provide a clear and written resolution, along with the correct refund details.
Ensure this issue is resolved on priority as the delay has caused financial loss and unnecessary stress.
