Subject: Cashback Not Received from KickCash App After Purchase
Complaint:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint against the mobile application KickCash – Play & Earn. The app promised ₹130 cashback on a specific offer, for which I made a purchase worth ₹115 as instructed. However, it has been several days, and I have not received the promised cashback amount.

Date of Transaction: 4 May 2025
Amount Paid: ₹115
Cashback Promised: ₹130
Payment Mode: Google Play Store
Despite following all the required steps, I have received no cashback, and there is no proper support or communication from the app team. This appears to be misleading and possibly fraudulent behavior.
I kindly request that the concerned authority investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the app. Additionally, I would like a refund of my money or fulfillment of the cashback offer as promised.
