Dear Sir,
I purchased mobile through online mode
As I had ordered for below mentioned mobile
Product Name : MAIME X2 PRO
Configuration : 128 GB Memory, 8GB
Camera : 64+8+2+2 MP
Front Camera 32MP
Colour : Pearl White
But I received quite a diferent product, which is really cheap which does not match with the configuration for which i ordered.
I received delivery as on 7th October 2020, at 1:00 Noon
I returned the mobile to the return section of your unit.
But I received product back from courier stating that the company is fraud and no such address is there and many such courier they receive on regular basis and the government doesn’t take any action against such fraud companies.
Hard earn money of poor people is lost due to no action taken against such companies
