Text of Complaint by Priyanshi Gaur:

I booked the bus from Kasol to Chandigarh, they did not give me any information about the boarding point of the bus and boarding point mention in message Kasol Private volvo parking even though I called them 4 times, and ask bus will departure from kasol volvo parking.
They said yes.When I called the driver, approx 8 pm, then driver said to me you will get bus from bhuntar. At the last moment I was not able to get a taxi, or any transport to reach Bhuntar, then I called their customer care, they said that we are cancelling your bus, you will get another one. We will give a refund but they did not give me any refund.

And I gave call them because same fraud they did with me on 29/06/2024 .They taken booking till Kasol Volvo Parking and left me on Bhuntar when I complaint to their customer care they said you take taxi We will refund your taxi fare but when I called for refund they continuously discontinued my call again and again .They were do 2 times fraud with me 1 for 28/06/2024 (₹300) and 1 for 02/07/2024(1230)
