On November 16, entire Amount of Rs. 16721 got deducted from my debit card as a loan. and i got a message that my EMI will start from next month.
I called up customer care they said entire amount will be deducted from my account and credited to my account within 48 hours. I waited but it didnt happen. After 2 days I again called up customer care they again gave me time of 4 to 5 working days.I waited cresit didn’t happen.. I again called up customer care. Mr. harpal picked up the call and said the amount is with Amazon and due to technical issues in bank amount will be credited in 7 to 10 days.
I received message that my EMI will start from next month.. What the hell is this..
On one side you have deducted my entire amount of product and on one hand you are starting EMIs from next month..
Please resolve this
