had ordered a pair of cargos from Savvy Stop which is a Delhi based clothing brand on 18th March 2024, which amounts to Rs. 899/- via Cash on Delivery method. I received my order on 25th March 2024 and was in extreme shock after unboxing. Instead of the cargos which were chosen, I got used jeans with tones of plastic packets and torn paper. The billing details they provided on the bill hardcopy regarding the order details were also wrong. The phone number which they provided for query does not exist at all. They have provided multiple hardcopies of bills but each one of them have different billing addresses with different names from different states like Haryana, Gujarat, Odisha, Telangana which have been ordered on different dates, basically bills of other people. The numbers provided on each one of the bills are either non-existent or busy or switched off. I have mailed in their e-mail address provided in the website but there is till date no response. The number given on their website also does not exist. They have a 15 day exchange policy written on their website but when I traced my order details, the order status is showing as unpaid and not shipped. Please help me out and help me get back my Rs. 899/-. The link of the website is given below : https://savvystop.shop/
