This complaint is regards to gemopai scooter company, after purchasing the scooter within 2 Months there was issue with charger and when we have visited the store they have provided the alternate charger saying they will provide a new charger till then asked us to use that charger but the charger was in warrenty then too they collected the amount for the alternate charger. But now again the alternate charger is not working and the store from where I have purchased the scooter is vanished and when we called on the number of the store asked us to visit the main branch which is located in Rajajinagar Bangalore. When we visited that branch they are asking us to pay again for new charger. We are fed-up with service of gemopai. For each and every service they are asking us to pay the amount. Now I’m not able charge my scooter and every day I have to go to office by paying 500rs for an auto. I need a help from and a compensation for the harassment and the amount which I’m paying every day for an auto. And a request from you is to delist such services provider and the scooter who are not at all customer friendly.
