I had ordered an embroidered kurta set worth ₹844 and what I have received is a torn piece of cloth. COD was the mode but we are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment. I made the payment through the UPI that delivery guy from Ecom express provided me. My money is gone and there is no one I can get in touch with. I want my money back.
