Reporting a fraud that recently happened with me thru Nykaa. I did use this Nykaa app to order a brand new blazer online and did spend Rs 3000 on it. Recently I got very old and used jacket which is ripped as well. Upon making a complaint at the very same time I got the delivery they advised me to wait and will investigate. After following up 3 times I got a reply form them that they have provided the product correctly and can’t do anything with it. I am very very disappointed with this. I did search online on their review and noticed many customers have made complaint for a similar fraud that happened with them thru Nykaa. I would request you to please investigate and don’t let more customer to be a part of this kind of fraud. I have very very upset with how Nykaa handled the situation.
