This app requested me to fill basic details at the start, after entering the basic details, they automatically selected ₹5000 as the loan amount and did not provide me any option to select emi agreement or even to check how much will be processed, they disbursed 2950on 17th January 2024 and then charged me ₹2000 as service fee and 50 was the interest, I reversed back the ₹2000 the moment I received it. also a day prior to the due date of the payment for service fee which is 23rd of January 2024, they started texting me on whatsapp to pay the rest of the amount, which I also cleared out a day before the due date which is 22nd of January 2024 but still they haven’t closed my loan and now it shows that they have received no payment of the ₹3200 but also they’re applying another deferment charge of 5000 due until 29th of January
