Text of Complaint by Mrs June Hivale:

Sir

I received a call this morning and the person said he was from Snap deal . He knew exactly what I had purchased from Snap deal and said I had won a lucky draw for a car. He said I have two options the car or the amount. So I told him that I will opt for the amount as I have a car. He said I will have to pay 50%Gst. So I told him I will pay only part of it and when the money comes into my account I will pay the rest. He took my account number and ifsc code. ThenĀ  he kept pestering me to pay the rest. He even sent me fake bank notification of the money being credited into my account. When I asked my elder daughter to handle the matter she found out that it was fraud on the name of Snapdeal. The persons name is Abhishek Mondol. He sent me fake id card, an aadhar card and a pan card to prove it wasn’t fake. But all these turned out to be fake. The person with the Sbi account to whom I transferred the amount of 2500/- isĀ  MR RANJAY KUMAR, A/C NO. 32959409709
