I placed an order for 2 cargo pants at a cost of ₹899. However, today I received a parcel containing dirty, used, and defective shirt. I attempted to contact the company via email, but all the email addresses I tried were incorrect. Additionally, none of the customer care phone numbers were valid or were switched off. I also received the delivery person’s number, and when I called, I found out that the person was from Ekart. I contacted Ekart, but they informed me that the company is fake, and all the contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses, were incorrect. I paid ₹899 for this order. Please assist me in resolving this issue
