I ordered a mini shaver from Uniloat but instead received a vivid battery charger for phone. No resolution inspite of sending multiple emails and phone calls. Vipin Gupta who says he is customer care for Uniloat does not pick up his phone although he promised to replace the wrong delivery admitting it’s the company’s mistake. Also involved are their delivery partners called Nimbuspost who do not provide any help. Spoke to Nikita at Nimbuspost who promised to have someone from Uniloat call me but it never happened. I have paid 1000 rs in cash to the courier who has not mentioned any contact details although it got shipped by blue dart.
