Mytech zone they been debit my money for 2months now but the devised that they promised to give they haven’t give it to me even now, so I would like put an case against them

Myteckzone has been deducting an amount of R100 a month for the past 6 months but hasn’t sent me any phone or anything they have promised.you can’t even cancel the debit order via the bank apps.please help open a case of fraud.
