Sir,
this is to inform you that I am a investor of your MSB registered company number M22076570 commonly known as MTFE. At 17 August 2023 they have shown a unparalleled loss to their customer in their artificial intelligence trading where no stop loss were set. however this is how they tried to legitimated their scam. but they can only trade with the asset value shown in the app and the wallet value remains unchanged. we are supposed to transfer the wallet value to any digital wallet. but they are not transferring my wallet value. can you help me about that?
