I was called for data entry work from home jobs introducing as Shivani Sharma from tailwork Pvt ltd. I was informed if I am interested to join and start the work , I will receive an email from the company. That should not be opened or processed unless I am guided by Shivani on call. Till then I was not informed about payment of charge or any legal terms of the company. After an hour or later she gave a call and I had all the process as per guidelines over call from her. By than when I asked about the signature she said it has to be done before starting it’s just the legal formality but not explain.. now on 3rd day I met with an accident and got hurt on my left leg and left hand elbow for which I got extension on payment of 4000rs said it’s refundable but buy now as because I am not able to continue my work they are saying it’s legal formality to cancel and get Noc from them so I need to pay 8000rs within 25 mins. I asked them by evening will it be possible to pay right now I won’t be able but said no… So some how I paid them 8000rs instant in breakable amount (1000rs+ 3000rs + 4000rs) now they are saying I need to pay RS 8000 in total at one payment not in breakable amount. As the earlier payment of 8000rs was in (1000+3000+4000) breakable amt it got stuck and company rejected my payment. So I need to pay another 8000rs… Else u need to come to court for the legal process… Meanwhile while the first amt paid 4000rs for extension I was connected to Rashi and contact person from the legal is Yash prakash
