I had ordered a box for my nephew as a gift and it was received damaged which is of no use to us. I asked for a replacement and she agreed to send it (to my realisation she did this only so that I don’t create any issue further for atleast 10 days). When I didn’t receive anything within the time frame, I tried to contact her again. But she kept ignoring my texts and calls. The only time she received my call was when I called her from another number. I tried to be patient and agreed when she said she will send it within the next 10 days.
It’s been a month now, and as expected, I haven’t received any sort of replacement or any refund. She is totally ignoring all the calls and messages.
