Text of Complaint by Olugbode Aderonke bongreat:

On the 18th of June 2023, I came across a sms on my mother’s phone for a job offer that was sent on the 5th of June 2023,just while l was bothering about being jobless as a fresh graduate and how to support my widowed mother and my younger sister and my eight years old son. I tapped on the link on the sms, which took me to a WhatsApp page where I came across one miss Anna that sent me the link to register on the 020 store site as a customer care agent. When I got to the page and registered I got 1000 naira registration bouns and a one time first order task which I earned 138 naira. To continue to work I was asked to recharge 2000 naira through the help of the mission manager via telegram app, who gave me instructions on how to recharge to complete orders and earn commissions (I.e mystery buyer) which their categorised by vip1,vip vip2, e.t.c.from the recharge page of the platform I got an account number to transfer funds to.which I made payment and informed the mission manager.
I got a two time task order and earned 815naira, and was asked by the mission manager to make withdrawal of a total of 3815 naira, which I was credited by uzochukwu goodness igbo to my account. I informed the mission manager and was instructed to take up vip2 task with the recharge of 500naira to complete 5 orders which I recharged and completed the task and earned 1440,and made a withdrawal of 6440 from the same creditor.
I informed the mission manager on my success and was instructed to take up vip3 which I was to recharge 10,000 naira, to complete 10 orders .which I did and was only able to complete the first order and was asked to recharge another 10,000 naira to continue the process, I accepted and continued the task, I was told I can not withdraw from the platform if the task is not completed, at the 6th order I had to recharge another 33,000 naira and another recharge of 76,300 naira at the 9th order, still the order is not completed. I was now asking to make another recharge of over 400,000 naira to complete the last order before I can withdraw my money.
I had to borrow from 14 different people to make recharge on the platform, now am in debt and cannot afford to even feed myself not to speak of my family
