i dont know u ll also revert to this email or u are as fraud and scam as like ur employess.
please note i did not gave any confirmation for a loan how can u disburse any amount without any sanction or loan agreement being signed.
secondly i have paid the amount along with the interest ( for the loan i didnot confirm ) just to move on with u guys still ur pathectic customer service is unable to check the paid transaction as if they are 5 year old school kids. instead of giving thm reference id and scrreenshots they said its invalid.the amount got debited from my account its not my problem that u guys are illietrate enough to not check with. professionalism 0%.on the top of it ur staff only connects on whatsap what kind of fraud company are you. ur staff doesnt know how to talk they are mannerless extreme level.
i dont evn want to connect with u guys anymore u guys hv harassed me 1 whole day.
kindly find attached the relevant payment done by me and close the loan asap or if u are not able to do it we can go ahead with legal action
