Complaint Brief Description: I have verbal deal with Ms jai dadi maa enterprise against the � 2 set of paper plates making machine �1 set of paper cup making machine � servo �raw material I have transferred sum of 276500.Deal was on start until I know that he was taken the loan from Jammu and Kashmir bank of (rs1800000) against the machine. I have asked him to gave me NOC of machine against the clearance of loan but he was unable to provide me that and now he is asking me to first I will sales the machine then I paid you. But he is out of State and their phone is switched off and not giving any response in WhatsApp.
