I ordered airtel broadband service from the airtel app. I paid 1500 rs to one of the service providers. They weren’t able to set up a connection in my home. When I canceled the service. I was told that my money will be refunded in 7 days but it’s been more than a month now. Every time I talk to the service provider he is making some excuses.
