I had ordered a pair of Adidas shoes from flat shop on 26Dec2022 and it was delivered on 02Jan2023 . the product was different from what I ordered .it was a different and local shoes. I tried to exchange it from the website but there is no response from flat shop.I tried to contact them on there customer care number but the call is usually switch off or not pick by them. they don’t respond on WhatsApp and e-mail. Still I am trying to contact them.

They are FAKE.
SAME CASE HAS HAPPENED WITH ME.
LOCAL SHOES THEY HAVE SEND…

I ordered a pair of shoes from select collection which they sent after so much delay, but the shoe and shoe size both were not matching. And they don’t respond to exchange request.
They are fake . After three months I didn’t receive my shoes or not payment
