I am writing to report an abuse to the address of the final buyer.
Those who operate online under the name of Zenmasstt have developed a technique to deceive customers as follows: they put on the website the images of decent, pleasant products at a fair price for the quality offered in the image, but then, after you place the order, you actually receive a pathetic product. If you want to return it, I tell you that you can keep the product and they return 30% of it, because it costs them the transport, etc. So, by sending a poor product, they are left with 70% of the value paid by the customer.
In my case, I ordered a type Ie blouse, with hand embroidery, made of cotton, at the cost of 159 lei, size M, and I received a monstrosity of an XL polyester blouse, probably unwearable. Now they want to return 48 lei to me in 2-3 weeks, leaving them with a profit of 111 lei.
