Hi my name is Koushik Ghosh. I have order Sony wireless headphones and Sony earbuds (combo offer @ 1599 from facebook advertisement). I knew it is 1st copy or imitation product. But today (05/Feb/2019) when i received courier (AWB No. 70476191295 ) via Bluedart-DartPlus courier, i got shocked by seeing product i received. It was not that product (mentioned above) which i have ordered and paid Rs. 1599, by cash to Bluedart-DartPlus delivery persons. It is some cheap headphones (please find enclosed pics for reference).
Kindly do the needful and return my money as early as possible.
