I booked two tickets from varafi.com on 19th dec and 29th dec for 2nd jan 2023 for Bengaluru to Ranchi. One day I suddenly got an email that my both ticket have been aborted and I talked to customer support and they told me that I will get my refund there is some technical glitch but I didn’t get refund yet . This is really unbelievable becuase they don’t know but this amount is so much valuable for me as I belong to a very poor family please help me
