Me and my husband went on a trip to Goa. Then a person from Royals Club International pitched us to go to their campaign place. there a person called Mr. Naveen told us that we don’t have to pay money while taking membership from them, all we have to do is to swipe the debit card for Rs.1 then the EMI on the debit card will activate. They also told that we can cancel the membership within 45 days/ 1st EMI if we don’t want the membership. They also told that if we want to cancel the membership we can directly approach the bank and then they will cancel it. After coming from the trip we found that Royals club International was not a genuine company. So we tried to cancel the membership within 45 days. we approached the bank to cancel. but the bank refused to cancel and told that it has to be cancelled by Royals Club International. Then i called them and asked to cancel the membership. But they refused to cancel the membership and said that we cannot cancel the membership once it is taken. They were all scheming people by saying false statements. I don’t want to waste my hard earned by trusting these fraudulent people. I didn’t use the service of the membership and will never use. I want my membership to be cancelled because the bank people are calling us all the time. i want this headache to end by cancelling this membership which the royals club international refused to do.

Hi Madhuri, we are facing the same issue. Have paid huge amount thru cc in Goa and all FALSE promise.. None of the sales executive are picking calls now. I am also facing the same issue. We handled this silently till now by doing multiple phone calls to customer care till now but fed up of their ignorant behaviour. Now we want to cancel the membership, which they are not allowing to do. We need a refund now since it’s high time.
