Text of Complaint by Sunil Adya:

I placed an order with Blinkit on 17th September ‘2022 valued at Rs340/
These guys never supplied my order and twice I asked for refund. Both the times I was told by Blinkit executives that the refund has been allowed & it will reflect in my bank account in 5 to 7 days. Today more than 17 days have passed & there is no refund to my account & absolutely no follow up by any of Blinkit executives.
My appeal to this consumer court to get me justice & also impose a penalty on Blinkit to save consumers for any such fraud in future.
