We purchased their membership for 2 years on MAR 2022 and it’s termination year is 2024.They promised us to provide free hotels for our vacation but they’re not receiving our calls.They’re not even seeing our e-mails.We have made full payment & pay in EMI still date but we didn’t got any benefit from the membership at all.They just took money from us doing fake commitments. Customer care demand the annual maintance charges 12000 rs that was not a part of during discussion, during booking hotel we get answer all hotel are book. So i need to refund my amount that was i pay.
