The fraudster operates in the name and style of Brandmart.com and is a online website diaplaying various products at readonable prices.
I had ordered dior perfume set 3 sets and made a payment of Rs 4000. But have received certin generic perfumes amounting Rs 4000.
No one is attending the complaints.
Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
