Hi ,
After very disappointment I am writting this mail never expected these kind of things from jio I want to complaint about the 2 person who is working in your organization as field engineer or pretended to be they have given me the jio fiver connection in April 2021 on tht time company has not given option that u can’t connection from very far and long . But they have taken extra charges from me 6500/- and used so much wire tht I am not sure how much wire they have used and now I am having the internet issue which is not supporting due to long distance and if i am calling them directly to solve the issue they are saying take new connection by 5000/- that is not satisfactory please acknowledge this mail and also take strict action on this person . I am giving the contact no. And name of tht person please take strict action under thn coz in my area they have did fraud with many of customers
