I had ordered Ralph Lauren Polo Blue Perfume from Brand Maart, but I had received dirty shirt. It ahd been couriered through Shiprocket. I had received mail from shiprocket about the item being picked. I am not able to contact customer care. E-commerce partners like shiprocket also have responsibility to take legal actions against Fraud e-commerce companies.
