There is app called AK LOAN. They says loan amt 50,000. Upon applying there are several smaller 2-5K loan providers. They credited 1760 rps without my permission / loan document acceptance & now asking hefty repayment of 3200 rps for 5 days of use. This is totally unfair as I haven’t signed any deal/ agreement neither the terms were mentioned nor accepted by me. I want justice as it not just a matter of 3K but they have now sent the screenshots to many of my contacts & now bringing my image down by negative publicity. Also they are harassing & treathning me that they will use my pics and other details of phone & upload at various sites. Please provide me justice ?
