Hi Few days back I ordered a combo of apple watch and air pods INR 1399 from brandmarts.shop through Facebook but they delivered a cheap analog watch. I tried to reach them via mail id and contact number mentioned on brandmarts.shop website but it seems to be a fraud and none of them is reachable.I have screenshots which I uploaded here you must see.
Please help me to have my money back and take action on this fraud.

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved. Please contact your payment gateway and demand a refund.
